    • Plan and design cloud infrastructure per project, matching architecture to client requirements and budget.
    • Drive cost optimization and FinOps reporting across Azure and GCP: budgets, spend digests, and license right-sizing.
    • Harden security in proportion to each project’s severity level and the client’s compliance needs.
    • Set up monitoring dashboards and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana, so issues surface before users notice.
    • Plan backup and disaster recovery strategies for production workloads.
    • Design CI/CD build and deployment pipelines with quality gates on Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, integrating SonarQube code quality and Trivy vulnerability scanning.
    • Administer the Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tenant: user lifecycle, licensing, and security posture reviews covering admin roles, conditional access, and app registrations.
    • Manage the organization’s domains end to end, with full DNS control.
    • Secure and maintain the GitHub organization: security hardening, 2FA enforcement, repository lifecycle, access reviews, and offboarding.
    • Administer the organization’s Claude AI workspace and keep its configuration secure.
    • Built an AI-native admin toolkit for cross-cloud cost and security operations, with guarded write flows, dry-run previews, and append-only audit logging.

    Built and operated cloud infrastructure and the delivery tooling around it, across GCP and Azure with some AWS.
    • Built Jenkins pipelines and administered the instance end to end: permissions and role assignments, version upgrades, and OS patching of its VM.
    • Managed Nexus as the central package manager proxying libraries, plus SonarQube integrations and role assignments.
    • Diagnosed and recovered a corrupted Nexus database through my own research, safely unblocking OS patching that had been stalled across all servers for about two months.
    • Deployed applications to Kubernetes, configured custom domains, and rotated TLS certificates to keep endpoints secure.
    • Worked with Kubernetes add-ons such as the External Secrets Operator.
    • Managed infrastructure as code with Terraform and GitOps delivery (GitHub Actions, Argo CD).
